Job Description
MasterBrand – General Assembly
What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Operator, you’ll help put together and prepare our products so they’re ready to ship. Your daily work may include:
- Packing and boxing finished parts
- Cleaning tools and your work area
- Using simple hand tools (staple gun, tape measure, glue gun, etc.)
- Inspecting parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Working with your team to keep production safe and efficient

What We’re Looking For
- GED or High School Diploma
- 18 years or older
- Able to communicate and follow instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork and lean mindset
- Must pass drug test & background check
