Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator to lead the administration, configuration, and support of Juvare WebEOC V10, while preparing the organization for its future migration to Juvare WebEOC NexUs. This role supports both cloud and on-premises environments and works closely with technical teams, end users, and external partners to ensure dependable and resilient Emergency Operations Center (EOC) system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of Juvare WebEOC V10 to ensure reliability and system stability.
- Support planning, testing, and execution activities related to the migration to WebEOC NexUs.
- Administer user accounts, roles, positions, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain incidents, workflows, notifications, plug-ins, and system settings.
- Develop, update, and troubleshoot WebEOC boards, including layout design and code corrections.
- Manage configuration deployments between environments through import/export processes.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation for system changes, configuration updates, and operational procedures.
Integration & Technical Support
- Configure and support GIS integrations in both cloud and on-prem WebEOC environments.
- Utilize the ArcGIS API to integrate geospatial layers, mapping features, and situational awareness tools.
- Provide technical support to internal and external users, assisting with troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, emergency management personnel, and solution partners to ensure smooth system functionality.
