Job Title: Sr. Database Administrator
Location: Austin, TX, (Hybrid)- 3 days remote with 2 days (Mon & Fri) required to be onsite

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases supporting enterprise applications.
- Perform database tuning, indexing, and performance optimization to ensure high availability.
- Migrate data from Oracle databases to Azure SQL and support data conversion activities.
- Convert Oracle Stored Procedures, Functions, and database objects to Azure SQL.
- Design, maintain, and optimize logical and physical data models.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.
- Execute database installations, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting activities.
- Manage database security, user access, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Implement data replication, archiving, and database maintenance policies.
- Support high availability, clustering, and load balancing configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment to support application development and deployment.
- Ensure database integrity, availability, and reliability across production and non-production environments.
