Job Title: Senior RPA Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid Onsite Mondays & Tuesdays; Remote Wed Fri; Local Candidates Only)

Job Description:
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs and system processes
- Design, build, test, and deploy RPA bots using BluePrism, Power Automate, and Azure
- Troubleshoot and validate HTTP responses and automation failures
- Perform solution architecture, process discovery, and requirements analysis
- Support web-based automation with HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful web services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Participate in continuous improvement and infrastructure support
