Job Title: QA Test Lead
Location: Waynesboro, GA 30830 (Initial remote)
Interview: In-person/WebCam
Minimum Experience:
8 years in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
Job Description:
- Plan, track, and report User Acceptance Testing (UAT) progress.
- Drive and report interface and integration testing efforts.
- Manage UAT schedules and facilitate daily defect triage meetings.
- Create test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and QA metrics/reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Facilitate and organize execution of test cases/scripts effectively.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira and Xray.
- Support mainframe and distributed system testing environments.
- Report testing progress and issues to stakeholders clearly and accurately.
