Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations & People Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and enjoys working across HR, operations, administration, compliance, and basic accounting functions.
You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in supporting employees, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- HR administration and employee records management
- Compliance tracking and documentation
- Recruiting coordination and employee engagement
- Operational and administrative support
- Vendor coordination and process management
- Basic accounting, invoicing, and bookkeeping support
- Assist leadership with day-to-day business operations and special projects
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online is a plus
