Master Trade Services, Inc. (MTS) was established in 1981 for the purpose of providing trade support to the property management industry. Today, MTS provides a wide range of repair, disaster restoration, and construction service coverage throughout Minnesota, with a concentration in Central and Southern, MN.
What We're Looking For:
Master Trade Services, located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician who is experienced, enthusiastic and a self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
- Maintenance in multi-family dwellings, single-family homes and light carpentry applications. Experience and knowledge in all general maintenance, light plumbing, and appliances is a plus.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year Maintenance Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
