About the Role
Master Tailgaters and Fuse Audio are growing consumer product brands specializing in automotive accessories and premium audio products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Sales/Accounting Manager across both brands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and keeping sales operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Admin Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and internal reminders
- Prepare and organize sales documents, price lists, and presentations
- Assist with order tracking, invoices, and basic sales reporting
Customer & Account Coordination
- Help manage communication with wholesale accounts, distributors, and partners
- Track inbound sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines (training provided if needed)
E-Commerce & Product Support
- Assist with product listings, updates, and sales materials (Amazon, Shopify, wholesale)
- Coordinate product samples, spec sheets, and marketing assets
- Help organize product launch timelines and sales collateral
General Office & Operations Tasks
- Data entry and spreadsheet updates
- Light research (pricing, competitors, accounts, vendors)
- Cross-team coordination with marketing, operations, and logistics
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic reporting
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience supporting sales teams
- Familiarity with e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, or Shopify
- Experience with consumer products, automotive, or audio industries
