Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Candy Packing Operator to join our manufacturing team. Positions for 1st shift, 6AM-2PM and 2nd shift 2PM-10PM. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing confectionery products in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, familiarity with packaging processes, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Assemble packaging components using hand tools, ensuring proper fit and function
- Monitor the packaging process for quality assurance, identifying and addressing defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to warehouse safety guidelines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining efficiency in a dynamic setting
