Position Overview
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with our company. You will manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, support daily administrative functions, and help ensure smooth office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently and professionally
Provide administrative support across multiple teams as needed
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain organization and accuracy in daily front office operations
Contribute to a positive and professional office environment

Qualifications:Qualifications

1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
