We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Instructor to join our team and help us create a positive, energetic environment for our students. No martial arts experience? No problem! If you have a background in group fitness instruction and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As an Instructor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an engaging and educational experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading group classes with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. - Guiding members through structured classes. - Encouraging personal growth, discipline, and confidence in each participant. - Assisting in the development of class plans and ensuring a safe and fun learning environment. - Acting as a positive role model and ambassador for our program’s values.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in group fitness instruction. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents. - A passion for teaching and motivating others. - The ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. - A commitment to upholding the values of respect, discipline, and integrity.
Note: No prior martial arts experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in this role!
