What you’ll be doing:
- Arrive on time and ready to work at assigned job sites.
- Follow directions from crew leaders and skilled tradesmen.
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site cleanup.
- Operate basic hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate reliability, respect, and willingness to learn.
- Help set up and tear down job sites daily.
- Keep tools and equipment maintained and ready for use.
- Show initiative by anticipating crew needs and staying productive between tasks.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
