What You Bring to the Table:

• Be the Master Diagnostician: Become a "boiler detective," troubleshooting and solving complex hydronic, steam, and control system puzzles that leave others scratching their heads.
• Save the Day: Respond to no-heat emergencies with the cool, calm confidence of a seasoned pro, getting our clients' systems back online safely and efficiently.
• Be the Trusted Advisor:. You'll clearly explain issues and provide honest solutions to homeowners and building managers, building trust and lifelong customers.
• Keep 'Em Running: Perform precision tune-ups and preventative maintenance that stops problems before they start.
• A Proven Track Record: 5-10 years of real-world experience as the go-to tech for boiler service.
• Your "Credentials": A valid driver's license (with a clean background check), EPA Certification, and any relevant state/local licenses. NATE certification is a massive plus.
• The Technical Chops: You can read a wiring diagram in your sleep and have a deep understanding of combustion analysis, hydronics, and modern control systems.
• The "People" Part: A positive, customer-first attitude. You can explain a faulty aquastat without making the customer feel lost.
