Overview
Master Plaster, Inc. is seeking experienced Superintendents to join our team. Stucco, Exterior Framing, EIFS and Drywall experience is necessary.

Primary Responsibilities
- Understand and administrate all aspects of a project as it pertains to field operations.
- Understand drawings, construction documents and field correspondence necessary for the proper completion of project.
- Coordinate with client and other trades to properly orchestrate work.
- Achieve expected safety, production and quality standards
Skills/Requirements
- Authorization to work in USA.
- Experience as a construction superintendent
- Experience with trade specifics (stucco, exterior framing, EIFS, drywall).
- Experience with mobile devices for field documentation and communication.
- Well-organized and reliable, capable of managing own time and responsibilities
- Good verbal/communication skills (spoken and written)
- Procore experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
