What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same. Depending on current projects, you'll assist with a variety of responsibilities including:
- Home construction punch list items
- Maintenance and repairs in residential rental communities
- Apartment and home turnovers
- Basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and trim work
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Door, window, cabinet, and hardware adjustments
- Grounds maintenance and seasonal property upkeep
- Snow removal and weather-related maintenance
- Service calls for residents
- General repairs and preventative maintenance
- Assisting with special construction and improvement projects

Experience in residential construction or property maintenance is preferred, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Flooring
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Trim work
- Cabinet installation
- Appliance installation
- HVAC knowledge
- Roofing
- Concrete work
- Power tools
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders
- Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Work in crawl spaces when necessary
- Perform roof work as needed
- Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
Schedule
- Full-time
- Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required for emergency service calls or priority projects
