Master Outdoor Solutions is looking for a hardworking and reliable Snow Removal Team members to join their team in Carver, MN! Responsibilities:
- Perform snow plowing, snow blowing, and hand shoveling at residential and/or commercial properties
- Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots
- Operate and maintain snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Respond to on-call and early morning dispatch during and after winter storm events
- Inspect equipment before and after use and report any mechanical issues
- Follow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely, professional manner
- Communicate with crew leads regarding job status and site conditions
- Full-time availability required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous snow removal, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate snow plows, skid steers, or snow blowers is a plus. We will train!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in cold, harsh weather conditions for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond quickly during storm events
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
