What are the responsibilities and job description for the Set-up Operator for Tube Bender position at Master Manufacturing Group?
- Proficient in using/reading measurements from digital calipers, height gages, and digital levels
- Set up multiple types of tubing benders
- Has ability to read/understand technical drawings that include dimensions and tolerances
- Math skills to include addition, subtraction, and fractions. Knows the difference between .004” and .040”
- Mechanically inclined
- Problem solver
- Develop and document technical specs to simplify next production
- Read and understand drawing orientations for correct angle
- Computer knowledge
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Desire to continuously update and improve documentation including work instructions and drawings
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
- Ability to train and instruct other associates in department
- Works well with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
