What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Master Maintenance?
Summary: Responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks for buildings at designated facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sweeping,vacuumingandmoppingfloors
- Clean and disinfectequipment
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors afteroperatinghours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Mix various cleaning agents
- Remove garbage and recycling
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
- Identifyand reportpossible repairs
- Adheresto all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
- Performsother related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience helpful.
Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move items over 30 pounds.
