We are seeking a reliable and organized Site Coordinator who is passionate about working with children and supporting daily program operations. The Site Coordinator plays an important leadership role in supervising staff, supporting students, maintaining program quality, and ensuring compliance with EEC regulations and company policies.

We are seeking a reliable and organized Site Coordinator who is passionate about working with children and supporting daily program operations. The Site Coordinator plays an important leadership role in supervising staff, supporting students, maintaining program quality, and ensuring compliance with EEC regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
Program Operations & Supervision
- Work closely with the Program Administrator/Director to supervise daily program operations
- Train, guide, and supervise group leaders and staff members
- Support a safe, positive, and organized environment for students and staff
- Assist with student arrival, dismissal, attendance, and daily routines
- Create and manage program schedules for after-school, summer, and full-day programs
- Draft regular staffing schedules and adjust coverage for vacations, absences, and sick days
- Submit staffing schedules to the HR Department biweekly for review and approval
Staff Management & Meetings
- Complete staff observation forms and submit them to HR on time
- Support quarterly professional development planning
- Attend supervisor meetings and lead weekly staff meetings
- Participate in interviews for new hires as needed
Safety, Documentation & Compliance
- Create, post, and maintain daily schedules and routines
- Ensure fire drill procedures and documentation are completed properly
- Collaborate with staff to complete injury reports, incident reports, and related journals
- Ensure compliance with EEC regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Monitor student absences, contact parents daily as needed, and submit attendance follow-up records weekly
HR Administrative Support
- Assist with hiring processes, including reference checks, interviews, BRC submissions, onboarding, and initial staff training
- Provide general HR administrative support, including paperwork, documentation, and file management
- Maintain and follow up on the EEC Staff Records Checklist to ensure staff credentials and required trainings remain current
Administrative & Other Duties
- Maintain professional communication with parents, staff, schools, and supervisors
- Ensure accurate timekeeping, including commute timecards when required
- Be punctual and dependable for scheduled work hours
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC qualifications for a Site Coordinator position
- Experience working with school-age children required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced child care environment
- Basic computer and Google Drive skills required
- Must successfully complete the EEC Background Record Check (BRC)
- Completion of required EEC trainings and certifications, including EEC Essentials and First Aid/CPR, is required
- 7D license or interest in obtaining a 7D license is a plus
