Overview
Our Retailer locations seek committed, service-oriented individuals who are passionate about educating and outfitting customers with the products we sell. The role of the Outdoor Gear Cashier contributes to our success by processing purchase transactions at registers and selling memberships while ensuring a high customer engagement and satisfaction with the transaction.
Responsibilities
Processes customer purchases, membership and service transactions at registers, including collecting payment for goods, making change and distributing receipts
Promotes and sells memberships and other services and benefits, including mailing list
Maintains a neat and well-stocked work area
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
10-key skills
Previous cashiering experience (preferred)
