- Comfortable reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs & change orders
- Help coordinate and monitor material purchasing, deliveries, and inventory
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to keep jobs on pace
- Coordinate with field teams & vendors
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and reporting
- Support budget and job cost tracking
