Relevant experience in project management and scheduling within cabinetry, construction, or a related field is required for all applicants.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the cabinetry or home construction industry, with a strong understanding of project workflows, materials, and installation processes.

The Role: Project Management Scheduling
This is a hybrid position designed for someone who excels at managing many moving parts. You will act as the bridge between our sales team, production shop, and the final installation at the client’s home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cabinet projects from work order through installation completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely production and install
- Coordinate with designers, sales team, shop production, and installers
- Communicate with clients regarding timelines, updates, and expectations
- Track Work orders, Punchlist and job progress to avoid delays
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or project issues proactively
- Maintain organized job files and documentation
- Conduct site visits when needed to verify readiness for install
Qualifications
- Experience in cabinetry, construction, or millwork project management preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with scheduling software, Excel, or project management tools
- Ability to read plans/drawings is a plus
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
