Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
- Address plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain and repair refrigeration systems.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant appliances.
- Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance.
- HVAC Certification to purchase freon
- Previous experience in airport environments is a plus.
- Prior experience in food service facilities is preferred.
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a federal background check
- Lifts and carries up to 40lbs, up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, and standing 100% of shift
