Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in the erection of metal buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Manage rebar installation to reinforce concrete structures according to project specifications
- Execute masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone with accuracy and consistency
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate various construction activities
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Conduct framing carpentry, wood stud framing, siding installation, roofing, trim carpentry, and cabinetry as needed
- Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as woodworking, and general construction work
- Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and coordinating with other trades for seamless execution
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor while maintaining safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools,
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Experience with residential framing and trim work
- Familiarity with construction management practices and safety standards on job sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues during construction projects
- Valid drivers license
