- Proven experience (5 years) in shipyard operations preferred, with a focus on vessel construction, repair, or maintenance.

- In-depth knowledge of maritime industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications preferred.
