Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle washes, including exterior cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, and buffing to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Assist with vehicle detailing tasks such as interior cleaning, preparation, and surface polishing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop area by sweeping, mopping, organizing tools, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support the team with janitorial duties to ensure a safe and tidy workspace for all employees.
- Drive company vehicles for errands or transporting vehicles within the shop premises as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for driving responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques such as buffing or window tinting is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
