Project Executive
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Executive to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are financially successful, safe, and quality-driven. The ideal candidate will foster new client relationships and manage existing ones from estimate through close-out.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain prime contracts with Owners
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Partner with Procurement on subcontractor and supplier awards
- Finalize project designs with Owners
- Manage change orders and Owners' requests for extras
- Identify and resolve contract disputes with Owners
- Collaborate with Sr Safety Manager on jobsite safety issues
- Manage conflicts, including failures of subcontractors or materials
- Determine final acceptance and release of bond monies
- Review labor and equipment analysis of crews and equipment planners
- Oversight of project management teams, including Project Managers and Construction Managers
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of Solar or EPC construction industry experience
