Your Responsibilities

As a Fiber Technician, you will:

• Install, splice, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber-optic lines and equipment.
• Identify and resolve connectivity and service issues across residential, commercial, and outdoor environments.
• Document completed installations, repairs, materials, and equipment accurately.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and work at heights using ladders.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
• Availability to begin employment on October 19, 2026.
• Willingness to travel to Clayton, Ohio, for paid training.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed.
