What You'll Do
- Install, splice, inspect, repair, and maintain fiber-optic infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network and service issues at residential, commercial, and outdoor work locations.
- Maintain accurate records related to installations, repairs, equipment, and materials.
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and perform work at elevated heights using ladders.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to start on October 19, 2026.
- Willingness to travel to Clayto, Ohio, for paid training.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
