Responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber‑optic networks, including cable splicing, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Handling both indoor and outdoor fiber line installations
- Keeping accurate records of work progress, tools, and material usage
- Completing jobs with professionalism and the ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Delivering outstanding customer service during every interaction
Compensation & Perks:
- $23/hour
- Paid training covering safety standards, tool usage, and installation techniques

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and safely work on ladders (up to about 36 feet)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Available to start by October 13, 2025
- Willingness to attend paid training in Memphis, TN
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
