What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair fiber‑optic systems—including cable splicing, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Work on both interior and exterior installations of fiber lines
- Keep detailed logs of job progress, tools used, and materials consumed
- Deliver each job with professionalism and adapt to varying work conditions
- Provide excellent customer service during each visit
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $23
- Paid training in safety practices, tools, and installation techniques
- All required tools, van, uniform, and fuel card supplied

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and safely work on ladders (up to ~36 feet)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ready to start by October 13, 2025
- Willingness to undergo paid training in Knoxville, TN
- Availability for evening and weekend work
