Your Responsibilities
- Perform fiber-optic cable installation, splicing, testing, inspection, and maintenance.
- Identify and correct network or service problems at residential, commercial, and outdoor locations.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of installations, repairs, equipment, and materials.
- Provide professional, courteous service and create a positive experience for every customer.
Compensation & Perks
- Starting pay of $23.00 per hour.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and safely perform work from ladders and at elevated locations.
- Current and valid U.S. driver's license.
- Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing.
- Available to begin employment on August 31, 2026.
- Willing to travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, for paid training.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
