HCM Analyst

MasTec is seeking a skilled HCM Analyst to join our Human Resources software support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) Human Capital Management (HCM) system, as well as iCIMS Talent Cloud and Payscale Payfactors. This role involves analyzing HR processes, implementing system enhancements, and providing technical support to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and maintain the UKG Pro, iCIMS Talent Cloud, and Payscale Payfactors systems, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other users of the UKG Pro, iCIMS Talent Cloud, and Payscale Payfactors systems.
• Compliance: Ensure the HCM systems comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Project Management: Participate in HR system projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCM system administration, preferably with UKG Pro, iCIMS Talent Cloud, and Payscale Payfactors.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in UKG Pro, iCIMS Talent Cloud, and Payscale Payfactors system administration and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • ServiceNow knowledge for managing requests/incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Certification in UKG Pro, iCIMS Talent Cloud, or Payscale Payfactors.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment in Coral Gables, Florida, with some days working from home.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
