We are seeking a Fleet Administrator II to join our team in Portland, OR.

 

The Fleet Administrator will assist with Temporary Vehicle Title and Registration Assistant will support the processing of vehicle title documents and registration applications. This role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations, assisting customers, and maintaining organized records.


Responsibilities

  • Verify Accuracy: Check titles and other documents related to vehicle ownership for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Titles: Issue and process titles for new and used vehicles, including title transfers for vehicles being sold or traded.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain records of vehicle titles, registrations, and lien information.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers with title and registration-related questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all paperwork conforms to existing state regulations and submit necessary documents to state agencies.

Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage and maintain paperwork.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of state vehicle titling laws and federal regulations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptable: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with paperwork, and has strong customer service skill.
