Aerial Lineman

As an Aerial Lineman, you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.  

In addition, you will: 

• Climb poles or use a bucket truck to perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants.
• Read and understand schematics and construction prints.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Track time and job completion progress.
• Keep the job site organized and ensure proper restoration at project completion.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

About You: 

• Safety is second nature to you.
• You consistently produce high-quality work.
• You enjoy solving complex problems and taking a hands-on approach.
• You thrive in long-term projects and fast-paced environments.
• You lead by example and enjoy coaching others.
• You are comfortable working outdoors and in varied conditions.
• You are experienced in telecom construction. 
• You have 2 years' experience as a telecom lineman with extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work.
• You have knowledge of operating a bucket truck and are comfortable climbing poles.
• You hold necessary certifications such as OSHA 10, CPR, Flagging.
• You can lift up to 70 lbs. and work at heights of up to 35 feet.
• You're available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Compensation: Production average between $75,000-$100,000/yr
