OSP Construction Support Lead

As an OSP Construction Support Lead, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. As an OSP Construction Support Lead, you are responsible for providing project support and updates to employees, leadership, and the customer. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and provide extensive job progress reporting through continued monitoring of job status
• Update local leadership with new projects, schedule issues, and client concerns
• Manage client needs and concerns through on/offsite meetings
• Assist with sales forecasting
• Communicate and train internal departments on customer procedures and expected deliverables

About You:

• You have a Working knowledge of GIS design applications preferably IQGEO
• OSP Fiber engineering experience (FTTH)
• You have a Knowledge of local permitting & jurisdiction Requirements
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You have extensive experience tracking and monitoring construction projects
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn custom software
• You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• You have excellent multitasking skills and can quickly transition between projects

Qualifications:

• Qualify on pre-employment screening
• Must pass a drug test
• Obtain satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening

Work Environment:

• Work in office in a team environment
