Responsibilities

Construction Supervisor

As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. You pride yourself on doing the job right, striving to be the best, and embracing challenges head-on.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor your team to develop their skills and knowledge of telecom construction.
• Oversee and manage both aerial and underground "pre-install", construction telecom projects.
• Promote and uphold a company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team of multiple crews to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

Qualifications

About You:

• Safety is a top priority in everything you do.
• You consistently deliver high-quality work.
• You have a strong understanding of construction and OSP (Outside Plant).
• You excel at planning projects and tracking multiple projects and crews on a daily basis.
• You’re seeking long-term, stable projects.
• You lead by example and enjoy working alongside your team, solving complex problems and enjoy a hands-on approach.
• You have proven experience managing the day-to-day needs of a construction crew.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the telecom construction industry, including:
• Aerial and UGE experience
• Fiber Splicing
• Map Reading
• You thrive in troubleshooting and solving field challenges as they arise.
• You embrace the opportunity to coach and mentor your team.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new software.
• You have experience working with Charter (preferrably)
• You have a valid driver's license with 3 years clean driving record
  
  

Military veterans with MOS Codes such as 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, or 2591 are encouraged to apply, as their skills align well with this role.
