What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, upgrading, and repairing 5G fixed wireless internet systems in customer homes.
• Running and securing cables (yes — even in attics, basements, and crawlspaces).
• Testing equipment to make sure customers get strong, reliable service.
• Delivering top-tier customer service while representing MasTec with confidence and professionalism.

What You Bring

• Comfortable working on ladders (combined weight limit with gear: 375 lbs).
• Able to lift 60–80 lbs and work up to 36 feet high.
• Ready to work inside and outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays included.
• Willing to travel to Renton, WA for training during weeks 1 and 3.
