Position: Entry-Level Field Technician
Start Date: October 20
MasTec Advanced Technologies is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level Field Technicians. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering modern technology solutions—such as home entertainment systems, smart home devices, and advanced security installations—directly to our customers.
You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, with the opportunity to work hands-on with innovative tools and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to start a long-term career in the technology installation field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install DirecTV satellite systems in residential settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on-site
- Utilize a company-provided vehicle to travel to customer homes
- Provide a high-quality customer experience during each service visit
What We Offer:
- Training Pay: $15 per hour during training, with performance-based pay potential as you progress
- No Experience Necessary: All required training is provided

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 60–80 lbs and work with ladders
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Availability to attend a two-week paid training program in Piedmont, SC
