Duties
- Design, implement, and oversee youth programs that promote social skills, leadership, and community engagement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and program staff to ensure effective program delivery.
- Develop marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms to increase program visibility and participation.
- Facilitate public speaking engagements to promote youth initiatives and build partnerships with community stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data on program outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate fundraising activities and assist with grant writing to secure resources for program sustainability.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting to ensure smooth program operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams of youth or adults.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Experience in program development, project management, and social media management.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, or social work is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for empowering young people.
- Ability to collect data accurately and utilize it for program evaluation purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in fundraising, recruiting, and administrative responsibilities.
