Role Description
This is a hybrid, volunteer internship role based in Boston, MA, with the flexibility of working partially remotely. As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will support organizational leaders with administrative tasks and executive operations. Responsibilities may include managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating communications, assisting with executive-level tasks, and performing general administrative duties. This position provides valuable hands-on experience and insight into nonprofit operations and leadership. This position will allow this intern 1 year of professional experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
- Experience with Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Interest in nonprofit work, financial literacy, or creative outreach is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
