Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to assigned business units, delivering consultative guidance on hiring needs, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, job posting optimization, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure job descriptions reflect current market language and expectations.
- Facilitate client engagement meetings to align on recruitment strategy, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Represent MassMutual at recruiting events and career fairs as needed.
- Collaborate with Compensation and HR partners to ensure alignment on job leveling, salary ranges, and offer strategy.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices across the TA team.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in talent acquisition
- 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 7 years of experience sourcing passive candidates to deliver niche skill sets and a diverse talent pool
- Experience recruiting in specialized areas such as sales, finance, marketing, or insurance.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and CRM tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Regular meetings with the Mid-Career Talent Acquisition Team
