- Serve as a subject matter expert on structured investments, communicating relative value and market opportunities to advisors and internal partners
- Support advisor education and ongoing business, connecting product structure to real‑time market conditions and client objectives
- Develop and enhance educational content and tools across structured investments
- Partner with trading, operations, compliance, legal and finance to ensure smooth and compliant execution, onboarding, and post‑trade support
- Analyze and reconcile trade flows and data, supporting accuracy, controls, and scalability
- Leverage technology and process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply portfolio management insight to help advisors integrate structured investments into broader financial plans
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience with investment solutions in the insurance/financial services industry and/or within financial institutions
- Series 7 at time of application or within 90 days of start date
- Exposure to structured investments or other complex investment solutions
- Strong relationship skills within a matrixed organization
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in a fast paced broker dealer environment
- Self starter mindset with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- You are intellectually curious, detail oriented, and energized by markets.
- You enjoy working cross functionally and thrive in an environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution.
