- Manage bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and maintaining organized files.
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, proofreading documents, transcription, and data entry to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office management duties to promote a productive work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
