We are looking for a Practice Coordinator. This individual serves as the central point of contact and forward action for a thriving wealth management practice. By driving practice priorities, leading people and processes, and effectively communicating with clients and team members, the practice manager is an extremely important participant in our success.
How will you help grow the Practice?
You will…
- Prepare and submit insurance and investment paperwork and assist with new account openings, transfers, and transactions.
- Assist with the continuous development and implementation of our client service model.
- Enhance relationships with clients and prospects through your positive presence and through appropriate documentation in our CRM.
- Respond to routine client service issues and requests.
- Champion, train and implement technology.
- Provide administrative support to as needed: schedule appointments, answer and screen calls, compose and proofread correspondence and other written materials.

Experience Needed

- Highly accurate typing, data entry, spelling, and proofreading skills
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/63 preferred
