Compensation:
$160,000 - $190,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Create personalized financial strategies integrating life insurance, investment management, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate considerations
- Develop Holistic Financial Plans
- Conduct Comprehensive Client Discovery
- Understand each client’s financial goals, values, risk tolerance, and protection needs through in-depth fact-finding and goal-based discussions
- Present and Implement Insurance Solutions
- Design and maintain diversified investment strategies that reflect long-term goals, market conditions, and financial plans
- Deliver Ongoing Advice and Plan Reviews
- Ensure Compliance and Fiduciary Integrity
- Maintain a high standard of ethics, meet all regulatory and firm guidelines, and always act in the client’s best interest
- Collaborate with Internal Specialists
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Life and Health License
- SIE, Series 7, Series 63/65/66, (CFP® not required but good to have)
