Key Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with sales management to craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to recruit financial services professionals to join MassMutual Great Lakes.
• Generate and vet leads, manage interviews, and support leadership in talent pipeline growth.
• Dynamically engage with social media platforms and marketing campaigns to draw in top-tier talent.
• Engage with internal and external networks for candidate sourcing and referrals.
• Uphold the firm’s integrity in talent management and champion diversity and inclusion.
• Implement strategies to maintain engagement with potential candidates.
• Screen for cultural fit and alignment with our core values.
• Stay informed on our value proposition to attract high-quality candidates that our current financial professionals are proud to work with.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated 2 years of success in sales recruiting within insurance/wealth management/financial services.
• A natural ability to network and build relationships.
• Strong connections within Michigan.
• Expertise in creating effective recruiting strategies and utilizing social media and recruiting technology.
• Skilled in networking and community building as primary recruitment strategies.
• An engaging communicator with a passion for financial services and helping people shape a better financial future.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for recruiting sales roles.
• Independent, outcome-focused, with strong organizational skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are designed to support your lifestyle, health, and future.

• Salary: $75,000 - $120,000, experience-based with variable compensation potential.
• Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
