We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of high-speed packaging automation machinery. This role blends technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and team development—owning both new machine innovation and optimization of existing product lines.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is faster, smarter, more reliable, and more cost-effective, while elevating the performance of the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 years of experience in machine design, automation, or packaging equipment
- Proven experience leading projects or mentoring engineers in a technical environment
- Strong background in custom machinery or high-speed automation systems
Technical Capabilities
- Expertise in mechanical design and system integration
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience designing equipment for manufacturability and assembly
- Ability to apply both standard and non-standard approaches to solve complex problems
Leadership & Work Style
- Hands-on leader who can balance technical contribution with team leadership

Base salary is $85,000 to $105,000
