What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Chief position at Masshole Lobster Truck Austin?
Job Title: Crew Chief
Purpose of Role:
The Crew Chief is the operational engine of the trailer—leading each shift with ownership, pace, and purpose. This role ensures trailer readiness, team performance, and elevated guest experiences from the moment we arrive on site, through service, and all the way to closeout. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings both structure and energy to mobile food operations.
About the Company
Powered by NGA Capital Holdings, we operate under the mobile seafood brand Masshole Lobster Truck — dedicated to delivering top-quality lobster rolls and other elevated lobster-based dishes to the people of Austin and surrounding counties.
The brand is built on premium ingredients, consistent execution, New England influence, and Texas-scale ambition. Whether it's breweries, food parks, festivals, or private events, we move fast, serve proudly, and treat every guest experience like our most important one.
Owner Bio
The owner has spent years living and traveling across the globe, recently stepping away from a corporate accounting career to fully pursue their passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and mobile operations.

The mission now is clear: scale a standout mobile seafood brand and bring on a reliable, self-driven operator who can help elevate and expand Masshole Lobster Truck Austin to its strongest form.
