Job Summary Summary Supervises and administers the housekeeping program to maintain the hospital environment in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions Establish standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff in accordance with hospital policies Plan work schedules and assign staff to ensure adequate coverage across all hospital areas Train and supervise housekeeping personnel Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the hospital; recommend repairs, equipment relocation, and space adjustments to improve sanitation, appearance, and efficiency Identify and report unsafe conditions Evaluate and recommend new housekeeping supplies and equipment Prepare budgets, reports, and administrative documentation Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment; select and requisition replacements as needed Qualifications Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM Days: Friday – Saturday (overnight) Status: Part-Time Education Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
